About

Why we're building SchoolOS

Schools run on a mix of spreadsheets, paper, and disconnected tools that were never built for the way a modern school actually operates. SchoolOS is a single platform for the administrative backbone of a school — who has access to what, how campuses and settings fit together, and a clear record of who did what and when.

We built SchoolOS on strict tenant isolation from day one: every school's data lives in its own protected space, enforced at the database layer, not just assumed by application code. Roles and permissions are configurable per school, so administrators can define exactly who can do what without waiting on a software release.

This is the foundation. The same platform that runs your school's core administration today is built to carry the tools that come next, without starting over.

Isolation first

Every school's data lives in its own protected space, enforced at the database layer — never assumed, always verified.

Configurable, not rigid

Roles, permissions, and settings are data your school controls — not hard-coded decisions we made for you.

Built to last

The foundation that runs your administration today is the same one that carries every module we build next.
